We do not save files we receive as email attachments; files uploaded to our FTP site are
automatically deleted after 14 days. If you wish us to save these files,
please tell us so:
At your request, we will store any file for you f0r 2
years. There is no storage fee; a RIP charge will be applied when we
access or retrieve the file.
We automatically save files that we've typeset (business cards, brochures, resumes, etc.)
but not clearly dated material such as birthday invitations, performance
flyers, etc. |
